Usually we have visitors in Iowa over spring break, but this year we decided that we’d do some visiting and head out West! We spent some time in Ocean Shores with some great friends just unwinding and enjoying the view – don’t worry no tsunamis to report!

We had a great view of the water and even had a couple days with periods of sun!
Allyson taught Kaitlyn how to make brownies with her cool wooden brownie set.
We even tried out swimming for the first time! Kaitlyn would have stayed in longer, but we figured an hour was probably long enough for the first time.
