Yes! That is actually President Obama sanding behind us! We managed to score super sweet tickets that let us into the area around the podium instead of being really far away so we were probably 50 feet away!
No matter your political views, it is pretty cool to be that close – we could have tried to muscle our way up to the very front, but I was fine with where we were.
Kaitlyn was a trooper, but finally zonked out on the way home!
